I do a little of both......I made a deal with myself, that if I'm going to spend some time pinning I need to do something with the pins. {because I don't want it to become a waste of time.=}
Here's what I've done with a few of the pins this month.
I made a few Halloween "Boo" bags......received inspiration from here.
Chalkboard treat baskets-
Heidi, Sam and kids were down for conference weekend- so, I had them help with another great idea I found and then I pinned it to my boards. Loved the Candy Heather put in hers.
{little chalkboard painted peat pots...you can find them now at Lowes, you get 10 for a couple dollars.}
I also made a few of these...with the Help of Heidi and inspiration from here.

These could be made from old Tee shirts or jersey fabric.
Not only can you find great craft ideas on Pinterest, but I've found great quotes, organization ideas {that I've actually used} Date ideas and tons of ideas for Church activities and Handouts.......and of course I have a large file of things I'm dreaming of.....a girls got to dream.
I don't think there's much you can't find on Pinterest. One thing on the down side.....just when you think you have an original idea.....look on pinterest and it's already thought of.
It's also a great place to find recipes- I just made these- click here for the recipe.
You can plan you next vacation or dream of far away places-
You can find wonderful garden idea- Brooke has me dreaming all the time.

Pinterest is so fun....it's like the biggest "dream" file in the world, right at your finger tips.
So, do you pin for fun or purpose?
Just had to share- Carlee made a little bedroom in the forrest for the Little forrest fairy's.
I bet you can find ideas for that on Pinterest too. =)
