Bet you didn't know that today is September fools day. I didn't either, but now I do.
At least that is what Conner would like for me to believe...so I played along with him.
An hour after this....I decided to play a little "September fools" on Conner.
I put a little dab of strawberry jelly on my nose. {there is a reason for my madness, it looked like my nose was cut open and bleeding.}
Conner walks in and says- "Grammer your nose is bleeding!" calling upon all my acting skills I really did a number on him. When I scared him good enough - I yelled "September fools"
I may have better acting skills then I thought, Conner said....Man you got me good.
Happy September fools day.
Getting ready for church....I thought It was cute how he wanted to protect his shirt by wrapping a towel around his neck while combing his hair.

This one is for their Mom and Dad- Happy Hawaii.
Payton gave a talk today in Primary....he did a great job. His talk was all about his favorite Prophets. I thought it was so cute, as he was giving his talk he held up pictures showing his favorite prophets- I don't think I saw his face at all during the talk it was always behind a picture and he is just barely tall enough to see over the pulpit. I was so pleased to be able to be here when he gave a talk.
After church Conner and I had a little talk about what makes a boat glide through the water....after our talk he decided that his Regatta Boat should be as smooth as glass.
This is what he was doing for the next hour....yes, just about as smooth as glass.
A little conversation with Payton-
Payton- Grammer did you see that girl Payton at church today?
Me- Yes.
Payton- I think she should be my girlfriend.
Me- Really, why?
Payton- Because she has my name.
Payton- You know I had a girlfriend before, but she didn't want me to sit by her, I don't know why girls are like that, I don't understand girls.
Me- That's okay Payton, Papa is still trying to understand me.
Payton- Laughing-..I will help Papa, I understand you.
{You've got to love this little guy.}
The door bell rings....and of course all the kids run like Lions let out of the zoo to the door.
How Fun...treats, from a blog friend.
Thanks so much....we had fun comparing blue tongues and they were yummy too!
