I'm finally posting about Kent and Becca's graduation from Brigham Young University- Idaho.
Denver and Bree arrived here last night, safe and sound. With the pictures. {Denver took pictures of the graduation, because my camera decided not to work.} So here goes.
Before we headed over to the commencement I thought it would be a good idea to take a couple picture of the newly engaged couple.
We stopped at the Temple, which is right next to the college. It was a little windy and cold. Cute couple.
We enjoyed spending a little time with them before graduation- Pictures and dinner.
What a blessing to be able to attend the Ceremonies- both convocation ceremonies and commencement services. Elder Neil L. Andersen addressed the graduating class.
Kent graduated from the department of computer Information Technology with a Major in Information systems.
Becca graduated Magna Cum Laude {top 5 percent of her graduating class} College of Language & Letters- Major in English.
Below are some pictures from the event. Mostly of Kent, because Becca graduated the following day and I didn't have a camera- sad.
Dan, Kent, me, Becca, Bree, Denver was taking the picture. =)
The Happy "Graduated" couple.
Becca was a speaker at her convocation- she read a creative Non-Fiction Essay that she had written. Go to Kent and Becca blog to read more about that.
We are so very pleased with these two and know that they will do well in what ever they do. They will be heading to Texas in a couple of weeks. Kent start his "real"job with USAA in May. They are blessed.
