You Inspire us-

We were standing around the other day.....talking and planning for the Spring Event- we always want to make it the best fun for you....which gave us the thought....why do you come?  Here's a few reasons you have given us why you have come before and why you are planning to come for the first time.

About 1 year ago I came across your blog on Sugardoodle (one of my favorite sites) and enjoy the activities you post of you and your family. I also am a Mindy Gledhill fan. A couple of friends and I think your Spring Event would be a perfect girls get away.  I live in Morgan Hill which is only about 12 miles south of San Jose. Thanks!

I've been 2 or 3 other times and have really enjoy the day’s activities.  This year I invited all my sisters and mother to come from Arizona and make it a girl’s weekend!  I'm so thrilled that they are coming and we get to spend this fun day together.  I'm thrilled that Mindy Gledhill is coming and I get to see her in concert for the first time.  And the vendors that she gets to come always have gorgeous things for both inspiration and to buy.  I just wish next April would come more quickly!

The Spring Event is the perfect opportunity to forget the tediousness that sometimes comes with being a mom of young children, and just focus on the beauty and joy of being ME. I love the chance to dress up and enjoy all things feminine (things that my husband just doesn't "get"). From the lovely boutique items for sale, to the menu, to the charming  vignettes, to the other beautiful women of all ages I have a chance to meet and mingle with - it is the perfect setting to recharge and be inspired.  It is the perfect way to spend the day with any kindred spirit, whether they be family or friends, or just someone you are hoping to get to know better.

Last year was the first year I was able to make it to the Spring Event, and it was so wonderful-it felt like something right out of a movie set with all the beautiful decorations and the scenery. I felt so special and girly; it was a fun change from the day-to-day work of being a stay at home mom. I will definitely be coming this year all the way from Texas, and hopefully a few of my friends will be able to come with me!
