Also this week we found out we have a new resident in our garden-
We are actually very happy about this one- they love gophers and woodpeckers.

The Cottage garden is starting to bloom. I just threw out some wildflower seed last fall and this is what is coming forth. Happy Day.
Lately I have been working hard getting things ready for the Spring Event.....lots of fun things happening!

A year ago when I decided on a Spring Event theme and color- Vintage Spring Sorbet.....
little did I know that "sorbet" colors would be the trend for this year.

Glasses before cleaning-
Last Saturday on a treasure hunt I found some blue/green bottles.
Cleaned them up using..... {the flop- flop fizz, fizz type of denture tablets; works wonders.} I also ran them through the dishwasher with a little bleach....just to be safe.
