Thankful for my family.
(the air has been less then clear due to so many fires in our state.)
We are building on a steep hill...big equipment and steep hills don't like each other much.
a horrible not good day...for the guy driving the big porta potty rig up this hill....coming down...his brakes gave way...so super scary...he did a little quick thinking and drove flew off the road at the base and through an empty field....if he had kept going on his course...he would of went right through the house at the bottom of the street! (he was hurt slightly and his truck ...well...lets say it was a good thing the tank didn't break open)
Thankful for quick thinking big equipment truck drivers.
We took a few grand-kids for an evening of pancakes and Costco.
Lets play I spy....can you find four blonde heads? Costco is an adventure with four children on your cart.

Our sweet little old lady neighbor across the street. Struggling with the affects of old age and memory =(
I believe we are her entertainment....don't even try to do any harm to our home....she will see you =)
anyway....her comment to me when she saw these carts.
Where are you going with those Mormon carts....is everything okay? are you leaving us?

I exercise with Heidi four days a week ( she is my daughter in law and personal trainer...and she is awesome) One morning as I was trying to lift and bend on these crazy rings....I stopped and just sat there....and said...Okay now I can't get up.
Cole came over offered me his hand of help....and in the sweetest little voice. "Grammer okay?"
