Today I'm sharing a Visiting Teaching Activity that Sandi prepared and hosted at her home-
"Adding Tiny Pieces of Joy to Visiting Teaching."
The reason for the activity- to give the sisters ideas on how to bring fun and joy to their assignment as Visiting teachers; and just to spend time together visiting and sharing.
The invitation for this activity was a mini bag of reese pieces and an Almond Joy.
The activity was held at Sandi's home - She went with a Fall theme-
Homemade banners- tassel banner and fabric
(Sandi second from the right)
Part of the activity was making small little handouts that the sisters could share with those they visit-
- Make the most of General Conference
- Ghost marshmallow, crackers and Chocolate
- Bat shape cut out candy inside.
- We also did these
Pint size mason jars- spray painted silver....adding a little glue to the bottom sprinkle with glitter.

"Do your little bit of good where you are; its those little bits of good put together that overwhelm the world."
And of course the food was awesome-
- fall treats- cupcakes, brownies, fruit topped sugar cookies, pumpkin roll.
- Fresh Apple Cider
- Sliced apples to dip in caramel - toppings to roll in.
- Fruit and veg.
Sandi prepared a sweet little favor for each of the ladies to take home- Small mason jar filled with caramel and an mini apple on top.
Beautiful evening of sharing....All the ladies sat and visited until after 10.
It was fun for me to help Sandi with this Visiting Teaching activity....she helps me with so much
