Hip-Hip hooray! 45,000 square feet is what it adds up to if you calculate how many times I when over these floors.
They really did turn out great....so I guess it was worth all the work. I can now put that on my list of things never to do myself again. =)
Now, we are afraid to walk on it....today, I'm putting down paper everywhere....everything is getting painted. Just finished the master-bed room which looked like this...
Before- nasty green color-
{See how great the floors look. =)
I just painted this room dockside haze {a light sea blue}....what a difference....pictures coming later.
{I forgot to take a picture yesterday....will get one today.}
Back to work-
Have a great day-

WOW!! I love this house and all the cool things you're doing to make it better. Such great bones.

You had me giggling over your list of what not to do again - but look -- what a beautiful job you did -- I too love blue in a bedroom -- how are your fingers, your back and your knees all doing?? Sore -- I bet!

They look just stunning, well worth all that effort. I love the blue in the bedroom too, we have a similar shade in ours and it's very restful.
